Finance Report Filed: Reviewed the Lounge Proffit and Loss statement for August Motion by Eric Daugherty and Seconded by George Zivojnovity to file the P & L report subject to audit.

Post Finance: No Report
Senior Vice Commander: He will schedule a meeting with Hedi from the gaming commission to review the counts and the process for the reports with the new pull tab machine. 60 memberships were submitted to the state last week, so we are currently at 138 with a goal of 269.
The Ribfest is scheduled for 19 September. The beer trailer will arrive on Friday Morning The tables and chairs till be delivered on Thursday Afternoon. The tent will be setup at 1600 on Friday.
The Kegerator in the lounge needs to be replaced soon. The funding has been approved with SAL and the Auxiliary splitting the cost of the unit and the Post paying for the installation. Adam needs to be encouraged to get it ordered.
The beer cooler filters need to be cleaned, and this should be a regular scheduled maintenance item.
Junior. Vice Commander. No Report
Vice Commander. He has completed two audits of the Lounge, July, and August. When the September audit is completed, he will be able to provide a three-month analysis of the Lounges financial performance. The goal is a markup of 233%.
Sgt. At Arms: An agreement has been reached with Fire Systems of Michigan on the necessary testing and repairs to maintain our compliance with the fire regulations. Both quotes have been approved and work should start September 21st.
We have still only received 2 quotes on the roof electrical project. As soon as the third quote is received, they will be reviewed by a team and the results provided to you.

Service Officer: The Service Officer now has a dedicated telephone. The number is (734) 278-9540. The previous Service had requested to attend a conference Oct 15 –16 Oct. The current service office is not able to attend, so those expenses will not have to be funded.
Vetslifetoday.org is an organization supporting veterans that is in partnership with the VA. Their mission statement is To provide veterans with sustainable solutions while promoting a safer, healthier, and more prosperous civilian lifestyle.
Unfinished Business The: Post and SAL will be supporting the Berkley Fall Festival on the 12th of September. SAL will be cooking and selling hot dogs to the attendees.
