Hall Rental Information

Are you celebrating a birthday? How about a graduation or retirement? Is your family anxiously awaiting the arrival of a new baby or celebrating a lovely couple's wedded bliss? Our two spacious and well-equipped halls are here for all of your needs!

We have two large rooms to choose from and they are equipped with a kitchen and bar. Your rental includes tables and chairs. We offer full dance floors to enjoy and room for your favorite band or DJ.

Hall Rental Fees

Upper Hall: $105/hour (max capacity: 97 people)

Lower Hall: $120/hour (max capacity: 200 people)

A $200 security deposit is required at the time of booking and this will hold your rental date. Your deposit will be returned after your event if all obligations are met.

Berkley American Legion Post 374 Stanley J. Fons members receive a 20% discount on banquet room rentals, kitchen use, and pop. A current membership card is required to obtain the discount.

All rentals must be paid in full 7 days prior to the event date.
